**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, assembling meals, and providing top-notch service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently
* Assemble meals and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
* Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service and meet customer expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly around the restaurant
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-food or retail environment
* Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
* High school diploma or equivalent
