**About the Role:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate II – Consumer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional customer service skills to grow your career with a top fintech company like arenaflex. You'll be part of a high-performing team that resolves support issues for customers via telephone, IM, and email, supporting all our major client groups, including banking, payments, and investments. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service to high-value clients, assisting with account and product inquiries, and performing account maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Assist with account and product inquiries, while performing account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Establish a professional rapport with each client, building trust and loyalty
* Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
* Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**What You'll Need:**
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as above-average computer abilities
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience working in a high-volume call center environment (preferably in the banking or financial services industry)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
**Added Bonus:**
* Banking experience is highly preferred, but not required
* Experience with customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is a plus
