**A Day in the Life**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates seamlessly. Your role will be to provide real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers directly, empathizing with their needs, and resolving issues promptly. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers navigate our supply chain and local delivery connections, ensuring a seamless experience every time.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently
* Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
* Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to maintain trust and confidence
* Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using your logical and analytical skills to find solutions
* Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, demonstrating your excellent communication skills
* Approaching problems with good judgment and making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
* Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for growth and development
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School or equivalent diploma
* Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
* Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues promptly
* Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
* Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand (desirable)
