**Your Role as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide elite service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and constructive manner
* Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including order management and queue navigation
* Providing real-time assistance to customers and sellers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders
* Collaborating with the team to advance skill sets and achieve individual and team goals
**Your Journey with arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Associate, you can expect your role expectations to progress as follows:
* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex and the live event industry. Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

**Work Schedule and Benefits**
* **Office Location**: Coppell, TX
* **Work Schedule**: Hybrid model, 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
* **Compensation**: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, Bi-Annual bonuses, and annual equity grant.
* **Overtime Eligibility**: Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
