**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
* Using expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document all interactions.
* Assisting patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments, and addressing billing questions.
* Working closely with your team to resolve complex patient issues and provide timely solutions.
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses to patient inquiries.
**What You Should Have**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of relevant call center experience (preferred)
* 1 year of previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience (preferred)
* General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
