**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
* The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* A flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a full-time or part-time schedule.
