As a Customer Service Communications Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Communications Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering effective communication strategies that keep our front-line teams informed and engaged. Your creativity, analytical skills, and expertise will be leveraged to develop compelling communication campaigns that drive impact and action. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Designing and delivering effective communication strategies**: Develop and implement communication plans that engage and inform our front-line teams, partners, and executive leadership. * **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with our creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee our governance approach and communication calendar. * **Building strong relationships with senior leadership**: Foster strong relationships with our partner senior leadership team across all four partners and six sites to set our agents up for success in serving our customers across Value brands. * **Developing our customer service communications playbook**: Partner with our teams to create a comprehensive playbook that outlines best practices for customer service communications. * **Driving a thoughtful and engaging content delivery approach**: Develop and implement a content delivery approach that ensures messaging is received and acted upon by our front-line teams and partners. * **Managing our communications scorecard**: Track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel to make effective enhancements to our approach. * **Creating and delivering compelling executive communications**: Develop and deliver executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites. * **Overseeing our communication tools**: Act as the voice of the partner and agent to ensure our communications tools, protocols, and methods are effective and meet the needs of our teams. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * **Four or more years of relevant experience**: Demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. * **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, and executive leadership. * **Creative problem-solving skills**: Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex communication challenges. * **Analytical skills**: Ability to track and analyze data to inform communication strategies. * **Project management skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. **Nice-to-haves** * **Experience leading a team**: Proven experience in leading a team and driving results. * **Critical leadership skills**: Experience in planning, prioritization, communication, and project management. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * **401(k)**: A competitive retirement savings plan. * **Adoption assistance**: Support for adopting a child. * **Health insurance**: Comprehensive health insurance coverage. * **Paid time off**: Generous paid time off to relax and recharge. * **Parental leave**: Support for new parents. * **Tuition reimbursement**: Opportunities to pursue further education and professional development. **What's Next?** If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for strategic partnership and team enablement, we want to hear from you.
