We come together in crisis and in celebration, lifting our communities and building trust in how we show up, everywhere and always. **The Role** As a Customer Service Coordinator in arenaflex's BGCO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our business within existing accounts, and building customer relationships. You will work with our business and government customers over the phone to answer their questions, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer issues related to devices, billing, and/or service concerns. Your role will be to provide first call resolution, eliminating repeat calls and reducing unnecessary transfers. You will also be responsible for selling the value of arenaflex solutions and increasing company revenue. **Key Responsibilities** * Grow our business within existing accounts * Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust * Ask questions, listen intently, and identify what the customer really needs * Troubleshoot problems and resolve a range of customer issues about devices, billing, and/or service concerns * Sell the value of arenaflex solutions and increase company revenue * Be solution-oriented and proactive, providing first call resolution eliminating repeat calls and reducing unnecessary transfers * Deliver efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools **What We're Looking For** We're looking for problem solvers who lead with empathy. You're a team player who is comfortable working in a remote environment and can self-discipline, manage your time effectively, and work collaboratively with leaders and on a team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience * One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience * Ability to meet all home office requirements * Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * College degree * Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization * Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A * Experience promoting and/or selling products and services * Experience applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues with evolving technologies * One or more years of technical support experience * Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team – all in a remote environment * Technical acumen and interest in learning new technologies **Work Environment** This is a work-from-home role performed almost exclusively from your home office with occasional in-person meetings and training. It's essential to have a private workspace free of distractions to set you up for success. To be eligible for this position, you must be located within a 90-minute commute of the West Valley City, UT BGCO location. You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum.
