**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment industry setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and colleagues

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
