As a key member of our feedback centre operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and accurate data management. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional 6 months. You will work closely with our Customer Service & Admin teams to provide top-notch customer service and data entry support, making a significant contribution to the success of our operations.
