**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Data Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in collecting and analyzing data to support our mission. You'll be responsible for using internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants, as well as engaging and responding to participants via phone to collect research data. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to persuade stakeholders successfully and maintain quality standards for data collection.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Utilize internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
* Enter case information into our case management system with accuracy and attention to detail
* Engage and respond to participants via phone to collect research data, following a scripted questionnaire
* Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable, encouraging participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate
* Attend all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection
* Maintain quality standards for data collection and ensure the integrity of our research data
**Position Requirements:**
* A quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality and protect confidential information
* A high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (To determine internet speed, go to speedtest.net and run the application)
* Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell)
* Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully
* Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems
* Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people
* Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective time management and ability to work independently as required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
* Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a research or data collection environment
