**Responsibilities:**
* **Resolve customer queries and provide prompt solutions via telephone and email**: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively.
* **Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other teams to ensure timely customer resolutions**: Work closely with your team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and to the highest standard.
* **Manage inbound customer enquiries, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)**: Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding our service level agreements.
* **Record customer interactions accurately and follow up on associated tasks until they are resolved**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on associated tasks to ensure that customer issues are fully resolved.
* **Liaise with internal teams to gather information and address complaints effectively**: Work with internal teams to gather information and address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* **Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and empathetic approach**: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry**: Bring your experience and expertise to arenaflex, where you can apply your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written**: Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication.
* **Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically**: Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills and diplomatic approach.
* **Attention to detail and organisational skills**: Maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that customer issues are fully resolved.
* **Familiarity with using customer service systems and data entry**: Use our customer service systems and data entry tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
* **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment**: Work closely with your team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and to the highest standard.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* **Knowledge of insurance products and services**: Bring your expertise in insurance products and services to arenaflex, where you can apply your knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* **Previous experience in handling inbound and outbound calls**: Develop your skills in handling customer calls and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* **Understanding of regulatory requirements related to customer handling**: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure that customer interactions are handled in compliance with industry standards.
**Technologies:**
* **Proficiency in using customer service systems and software**: Use our customer service systems and software to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
* **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**: Develop your skills in using Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
