As a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll be part of a vibrant and rewarding environment that's passionate about making a positive impact. **Role Overview** As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be working in a fully remote setting, providing excellent service to a diverse range of customers and employers through inbound telephone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to employment status, general claims, payments, advances, and the impact of Covid-19/government support.
