**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our front-line team members to ensure a safe and high-performing operation while delivering exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and leadership, aiming to create an environment that fosters mutual respect and core values. You'll engage in coaching, mentoring, and establishing goals to enhance team performance and customer experience.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Driving Operational Excellence**: Maintaining a safety-conscious environment that promotes exceptional customer service while driving operational excellence.
* **Safety Advocacy**: Identifying and addressing safety concerns, and ensuring that our operations are conducted in a safe and reliable manner.
* **Team Development**: Establishing team and individual goals aligned with departmental and company objectives, and coaching and mentoring front-line team members in skill development and customer service.
* **Relationship Building**: Promoting effective relationships with team members that foster compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity.
* **Resource Allocation**: Allocating resources effectively to support teams in achieving operational goals safely.
* **Self-Audits and Investigations**: Conducting self-audits, observations, and root cause investigations to ensure ongoing safety and reliability of operations.
* **Communication**: Facilitating effective communication among departments to achieve common goals.
* **Policy Adherence**: Ensuring adherence to the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies.
* **Escalated Service Issues**: Managing escalated service issues and maintaining visibility to team members during problem resolution.
* **Information Delivery**: Delivering key corporate and local information to front-line leaders efficiently.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalency**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Airport Customer Service Experience**: Previous airport customer service experience is preferred.
* **Leadership Experience**: At least 2 years of experience leading others is required.
* **Company Policies and Procedures**: Knowledge of company policies and procedures and functional automation applications is essential.
