Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Manager for arenaflex Rentals, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests, ensuring their stays are memorable and enjoyable. You'll work closely with our Hospitality team to coordinate operational needs, manage guest communications, and troubleshoot issues. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex guests, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. * Conduct guest screening to ensure safety and security, complying with arenaflex and property partner requirements. * Provide booking suggestions, make alterations, and manage all guest reservations, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences. * Utilize our digital communication systems to manage guest communications, including messages, emails, calls, texts, and other channels. * Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. * Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. * Coordinate operational needs with arenaflex staff, scheduling and monitoring repairs and maintenance needs, and working closely with our Field Team to schedule turnovers and other tasks. * Oversee various other tasks for arenaflex properties, including serving as a point of contact for property partner communications, managing listing marketing, analyzing guest reviews, and managing social media and public relations activities. **Skills and Qualifications** * Positive attitude and exceptional customer service presence. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Technologically inclined, with highly efficient navigation of web browsers and apps. * Proficiency in spreadsheets, word documents, and similar operational software. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Reliable smartphone, computer, and high-speed wifi connection at all times. * Ability to respond to any message in 5 minutes or less. * College diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field. * Ability to pass a background check. * 2-3 references from past or current supervisors. **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance your productivity and efficiency. * Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour. * Flexible schedule, with 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. * Opportunity to work additional hours as the company continues to grow. * Access to a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
