**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving complex patient billing inquiries and problems, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering patient calls and resolving complex billing inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service through clear, concise communication and a positive attitude
* Ensuring a positive patient experience on every interaction
* Processing patient payments and establishing payment plans
* Making outbound calls to collect outstanding patient balances
* Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails
* Maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong customer service excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, colleagues, and management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with little supervision
* Demonstrated ability to understand and implement verbal and written direction
* Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
* Proficiency in Spanish a plus, but not required
**Education and Experience**
* One (1) year of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare organization is required
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Basic understanding of Medical Insurance required
* Experience in customer service, medical billing, or a related field is highly desirable
