**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve their concerns
* Maintaining open communication with managers and colleagues to receive feedback and improve performance
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
**Who You Are**
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (previous experience in these areas has been successful in this role)
* Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
