**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable and empathetic support to customers, using scripted customer feedback to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Maintaining open communication with managers and colleagues to stay informed about best practices and areas for improvement
* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participating in virtual team environments and activities to stay connected with colleagues and stay up-to-date on company news and initiatives
**Who You Are**
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these backgrounds have been successful in this role)
* Access to a quiet and comfortable workspace with a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
