Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as needed.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and precision.
- Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, utilizing your knowledge and resources to resolve issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, employing your problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
