**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
* Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
* Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
* Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
* Punctuality and great attendance
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
* Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:
* High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download (Satellite Internet is NOT supported)
* WIFI connections ONLY
* Currently hiring in the following States: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania
**Shift Availability**
We're looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including:
* Hours of availability between 10:00am - 8:00pm ET (9:00am - 7:00pm CT)
