**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients, including students and alumni. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and text communications in a professional and timely manner
* Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
* Providing clear and concise verbal and written communications to customers, including updates on their educational obligations
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and demographic information
* Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
* Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

**Training and Development**
As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:
* Two weeks of training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Education and Qualifications**
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of experience in a customer service or related role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
