As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing service assistance to the commercial trucking industry, handling emergency road service calls, and resolving escalated issues from our tire service centers. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a 1st Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your specific duties will include: * Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in * Handling escalated issues from our tire service centers * Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area * Inputting relevant call information into our PC system * Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types * Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language * Work from home experience preferred * History of great attendance * Must be highly organized and able to follow through * PC familiarity and proficient typing skills * Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously * Strong technical skills * Must be articulate and professional * Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
