As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client and nurse queries, and ensuring seamless service delivery. With a flexible schedule and a 3-day working week, this role offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and career growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner * Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform * Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary * Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start * Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services * Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed * Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Fluent in English**: You'll need to be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Compassionate and confident**: You'll need to be compassionate, empathetic, and confident in your ability to provide exceptional customer service. * **Responsible and reliable**: You'll need to be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. * **10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties**: You'll need to have a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer service and office duties, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * **Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours**: You'll need to be adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a willingness to work a 3-day working week and occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts. * **Impeccable phone and computer skills**: You'll need to have impeccable phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate our platform and software with ease. * **Staffing and/or health care experience**: You'll need to have experience in staffing and/or health care, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges. * **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You'll need to have experience working remotely and independently to the USA, with a strong understanding of the time zones and cultural differences. * **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You'll need to have a quiet and professional work-from-home environment, with a reliable internet connection and load-shedding back-up. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 10+ years' experience in customer service and office duties * Experience in staffing and/or health care * Fluency in English * Impeccable phone and computer skills * Ability to work independently and remotely **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.) * Experience working in a similar role or industry * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with a similar platform or software **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and remotely * Impeccable phone and computer skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
