**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers during after-hours periods. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries within the scope of after-hours support
* Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
* Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
* Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
* Completing non-urgent administrative projects if time allows
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Fluent English**: You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* **Compassionate and Confident**: You'll need to be empathetic and understanding, with a confident and professional demeanor.
* **Responsible and Reliable**: You'll be working independently, so it's essential that you're responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
* **10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties**: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in customer service and office administration.
* **Adaptable and Flexible**: You'll need to be flexible regarding work hours, as our after-hours shifts may vary.
* **Impeccable phone and computer skills**: You'll need to have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and platforms.
* **Staffing and/or health care experience**: While not essential, experience in staffing or healthcare will be beneficial in this role.
* **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You'll need to be comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to communicate effectively with our US-based team.
* **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You'll need to have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home, with reliable internet and a backup plan for load-shedding.
