**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Ticket/Gate Agent**

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to see the world while earning a competitive salary and benefits that will help you keep climbing. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in process * Assisting with baggage handling, including tagging and lifting bags from scales to conveyor belts * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentation * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
