**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentation.
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Some bags will weigh up to 70 pounds.
* Operating loading bridges.
* Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as airport procedures and regulations.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
* Proficiency in English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
* Basic digital literacy.
* Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
