Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class service to all customers. You will be scheduled to work a shift between 20 to 40 hours per week, and your duties will include:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process
- Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
- Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
- Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, making gate announcements, and managing the boarding process
- Operating jet ways and aircraft doors
You will be required to work consistently in public areas and be able to understand and respond to a variety of questions about travel information. Additionally, you may be responsible for escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish

- Must successfully pass a Customer Service Assessment
- Frequently lifting bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
- Occasionally lifting bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
- Being willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Being authorized to work in the US
