**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative – Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be working in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities, from receiving and processing customer orders to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing
**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Representative – Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, with minimal noise levels, similar to a grocery store. You'll be behind a counter, working with customers, and may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
