* Arranging towing and temporary transportation services, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date automotive records, including problem reports and customer service interactions
* Processing customer invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions
* Completing customer appointment reminder processes and restocking parts and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized customer service area
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism
**Essential Qualifications**
