**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
* Collaborate with the arenaflex Agent Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
* Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
