**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
* Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
