**Role Description**
As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our team members to meet customer needs and improve service processes, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information about their insurance policies and services.
* Assist customers with policy information, billing, changes, and claims, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
* Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and improve service processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
**Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry a plus
* Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
* A positive attitude with a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
