As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * **Guiding Customers**: Assist franchised distributor customers in selecting the right automotive tools and toolboxes, ensuring they have the best solutions for their needs. * **Handling Inquiries**: Handle inbound calls, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Providing Technical Support**: Offer information and specifications from the arenaflex catalog to customers, providing expert advice on our products and services. * **Order Management**: Input orders accurately using internal software systems, ensuring seamless communication with the Customer Service team. * **Collaboration and Problem-Solving**: Work with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure effective communication. Engage with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving. * **Additional Responsibilities**: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business growth. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. * **Flexible Schedule**: Be available to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday. * **Call Center Experience**: At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience is required. * **Automotive Knowledge**: On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus. ASE certification, automotive experience, tool familiarity, or a related trade school degree is also highly valued. * **Technical Skills**: Intermediate PC and keyboard skills are essential.
