**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer customer questions about their warranty
* Providing world-class customer service, navigating complex customer interactions, and effectively managing conflict
* Collaborating with a high-functioning team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple time-sensitive requirements and deliverable due dates
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to find solutions to challenging customer issues
* Maintaining a positive emotional resilience and optimistic attitude in the face of challenging customer interactions
**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a passionate, goal-oriented individual with:
* A high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence to a wide variety of audiences
* Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to challenging customer issues
* Positive emotional resilience and an optimistic attitude
