**Be the Face of arenaflex and Make a Lasting Impression**
As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. You'll interact with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing expert support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Your role will be to:
* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention
* Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
* Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues
* Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues and turning customer frustration into satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues, assisting and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* A minimum of 18 years of age
* Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
