**As the Face of our Customer**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages environments where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, and luggage, greeting customers as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. You'll offer a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner is key to crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
* Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a robust sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer.
* Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
* Navigating challenges through being steady but adaptable. Retaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration into view.
* Collaborating with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them achieve success with new processes and technologies.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* **Age:** Minimum of 18 years old
* **Technical Skills:** Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* **Physical Ability:** Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* **Security Clearance:** Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* **Work Authorization:** Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* **Attendance and Appearance:** Potential to meet the company attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
