**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls, greeting customers warmly, and establishing the reason for the call
* Resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts, using our Amtelco platform
* Monitoring alarm systems and taking messages according to client specifications
* Transferring calls via computer system based on instructions provided by clients
* Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries
* Providing emergency dispatching services as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and updating client information
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications and keyboard functions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
* A flexible personality, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
* Genuinely friendly and compassionate demeanor
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work 1 weekend day
* High attention to detail
* Type 25 WPM
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in telephone answering service or customer service is a plus. If you have a background in a related field, such as medical or legal, we encourage you to apply.
