We're proud to be a part of the chemical distribution industry, and we're committed to making a positive impact on our customers, communities, and the environment. **Your Role and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing timely communication, executing our Quality Objectives, and resolving complex issues. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Teamwork**: Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and drive results. * **Order Entry, Management, and Processing**: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, confirm orders via phone, email, or EDI, and communicate order changes to customers. * **Communication**: Manage internal and external requests via multiple platforms, remain organized and concise, and effectively report customer needs and concerns to internal teams. * **Build and Develop Customer Relationships**: Establish sustainable and collaborative relationships through open, knowledgeable, and interactive communication with customers. * **Data Integrity**: Work with the Commercial team and customers to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of customer data, ensuring visibility across internal teams and reducing errors. * **Compliance, Regulations, and Policy Alignment**: Ensure that the service provided to customers meets Safety, Quality, and Regulatory expectations, as well as any other relevant company policies and procedures. **Your Profile** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **2+ years of experience** in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline. OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing experience being a plus. * **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to work independently, consistently demonstrate strong listening, speaking, and decision-making skills. * **Excellent interpersonal skills**: Passion for collaboration, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results. * **Competing priorities**: Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment. * **Strong organization and prioritization skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. * **CRM Experience**: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. * **Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools**: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools. **Our Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment where the best people want to work.
