**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
* Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer information, and access relevant customer data
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
* Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
* A work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to excellence
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
**Location**
This is a work-from-home position, and you'll be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area.
