Our team of approximately 900 employees is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, and we are seeking a talented and motivated CSR to join our ranks. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be critical to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues * Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and surveys * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center or telecommunications environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browser, email, and ability to learn new software * Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism * A work ethic that demonstrates dependability, reliability, and a commitment to excellence **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center or telecommunications environment * Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide a positive customer experience * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment **Schedule** We currently have the following full-time shifts available: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm **Location** This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package, including: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401K plan with company match * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Paid time off (PTO) and holidays * Education reimbursement * Company service discounts * FREE internet* **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
