**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, support, and retention-related issues
* Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer concerns
* Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Working with leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional service and solutions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
* All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely

**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking abilities
* A driven and problem-solving mindset
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements to Work from Home:**
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you will need to:
* Have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Have excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* Use a Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
* Note: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
