**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures
* Scheduling appointments and providing general customer service
* Following proper procedures for resolving customer requests and concerns
* Maintaining productivity and completing tasks efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
* Attending and participating in team meetings and required training sessions
* Following all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent listening and communication skills (both oral and written)
* Proficient in keyboard skills, Microsoft, and Service Titan (a plus)
* Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Prior experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the internet
* Skilled at keyboard navigation and comfortable with desktop technology
* Ability to learn and work with multiple software applications at once
