**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, products, and services

* Perform other duties as required, including pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training a plus
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
