**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store. You'll be the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience for all customers.
* Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
* Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
* Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
**Position Requirements**
* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
