**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that's safe and secure for customers during their shopping experience.
* Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring our products are always available and easily accessible.
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, maintaining the highest level of integrity and security.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly.
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
**Position Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
* Physical stamina to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
