**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Operate all equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
* Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
* Prepare products for delivery and service
* Receive and process telephone orders
* Clean equipment and facility daily
* Participate in training and orientation programs to develop your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
* Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
* Must be able to make correct monetary change
* Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
* Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
* Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
