**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected.
* Assisting in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
* Performing all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Education:** Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* **Experience:** Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Physical Requirements:** Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* **Availability:** Ability to work flexible, full-time schedules to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
