**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through excellent product knowledge, communication skills, and the effective use of our business systems.
* Communicating directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.
* Handling phone calls and emails from customers pertaining to various customer issues and inquiries.
* Ensuring the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
* Staying knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, including sales and product information, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
* May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites.
* Providing customers with better solutions when available and assisting them in finding the products they need.
* Performing all tasks to specified standards and metrics on a consistent basis.
* Assisting with other duties as assigned.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working independently, with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for managing your workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting performance standards.
**Minimum Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Requirements**
* Associate's Degree or higher
* Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment
* Bi-lingual, English & Spanish or English & French
* Experience with eBay and eCommerce sites
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
* Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
* Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
* Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures
* Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures
* Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area
* Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities; works closely with supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction
* Prioritize assigned and routine tasks. Handle appropriately
**Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment**
* Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently
* Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements)
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
