**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions

* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales growth
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials or related industries
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
