Your responsibilities will include: * Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology * Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat * Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering * Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
